It does have crazing but no chips, cracks, or breaks. It is in good condition and works well. It takes tube lights. The light and base will pull up out of the lamp to easily change the bulb. It has a base piece it fits into.
It is 12.5" tall x 4.5" diameter on the top x 9" diameter around the belly x 6" diameter on the base. The cord does have a little wear. I will send the light bulb with it but please be aware that the filament can break easily. This is a heavy lamp.
It is signed with a name on the bottom and has a number.
